Every vehicle dispatches from our Australian warehouse. Ride-on cars are bulky items, so here's exactly what to expect before you get to checkout — not after.

Dispatch
Orders placed before midnight AEST are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
Bulky item handling
These cartons are large (up to approx. 25 kg). Deliveries are made to your front door or building entrance — carriers can't take items inside or up stairs.
Regional & remote
Some remote postcodes, islands and PO Boxes can't be serviced by bulky freight. We'll contact you within one business day if that affects your order.
